The software is highly intuitive, user friendly, and works cohesively to export information from one isolved software package to another if applicable. Our firm has been using isolved since 2014 and we have been extremely pleased. I would recommend isolved and the isolved platform to anyone looking at making a change. We switched from a large service provider and the whole experience has been great from initial conversion in July to running our first payroll of the new year. Their customer service is outstanding and they have been very responsive to my needs. Isolved is a fantastic company to work with. On top of these typical savings, Acrisure clients receive additional discounts based on the level of services. The reasons why are because they own and manage all of their own technology and they are privately held which eliminates the need to meet stock holder expectations. Isolved is typically 15%-20% less expensive than most of their competitors. Clients over 100 employees also receive a client experience manager, whose only job is to make sure your clients are happy at all times. Each Acrisure client receives a dedicated client service rep, eliminating the call center model most payroll companies have. First, all Acrisure partners have a dedicated service team within isolved to work with you to best help your clients with the level of engagement you choose to have.
